Rule 98
Arrangement of insurance
(1) In case of death of an employee while in service, one lakh and fifty thousand rupees will be given to the person as per sub-section (5) of section 50 of the Act for insurance as per section 43 of the Act:-
(2) The government of Nepal will formulate and implement a commercial insurance action plan in consultation with the Ministry of Finance for the physical damage that may occur in the course of the work of the employees working in the service.
(3) Every employee who is in service should undergo his health examination every six months and keep a record of it in the office where he is in service.
